Ishmael

Abraham’s firstborn son, through Hagar. Though not the son of the covenant in Jewish/Christian tradition, God promised he would father a great nation. Arabs traditionally trace their lineage through him. In Islam, he is a prophet who helped Abraham build the Kaaba. Some Islamic traditions identify him as the son nearly sacrificed.
